I am not in agreement with this extension. I am one of the many who have been waiting for this ordeal to be over with. The layer of dust every time our windows are open for "fresh air", the insignificant money that was paid out does not cover my breathing related problems when these particulates become air borne. Why is the board protecting Myer Material when a clear agreement is in place if any one is suffering because of this economy it is us, the residents who pay taxes on homes that are worth much less and we have no reprieve if we are going through hard times there is no break on our mortgage rates, etc. Myer Material has turned a profit and is doing just fine to whom ever the profits line the pockets of (???) it does not touch my inconvenience. When we moved here it was under the understanding that something nice perhaps along the line of Three Oakes in Crystal Lake, they should be very proud of what they have done there. Wouldn’t it be nice to have something family friendly that was equal or better to Three Oakes for our Cary residents to enjoy. If there were as much effort put into something that would bring us all a bit of enjoyment during these difficult times, instead of us just paying out, how about giving something back to all of us that are equally effected by what Myer is proposing, who knows how long this is going to go on for, and in the meantime how does this deal benefit us?

After the meeting fiasco I am opposed to Meyer and especially the cary board that is supposed to represent us. As far as I care, both can go to hell. I take all my previous comments back. Meyer plays a nasty game.
